Dr. rer. nat Jens Herrguth studied chemistry at the Universität Karlsruhe, focusing on physical chemistry, and obtained his doctorate in the field of electrochemistry in the area of battery development.
As a Patent Attorney and European Trademark Attorney his work focuses on technical intellectual property right consultation and representation in almost all areas of intellectual property law, as well as in the fields of chemistry, pharmaceutics and electroacoustics.
Other fields of activity in particular include consultation and representation in trademark cases, and patent infringement and invalidity proceedings in Germany and abroad.
Apart from intellectual property law, he is enthusiastically dedicated to his concert pianist and guitarist training, as well as to all aspects of classical music. He also enjoys high-quality music reproduction, philosophical literature and architecture.
